We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Scottish Inn & Suites. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing training and development strategies, and maintaining and managing digital databases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Supervise other workers
  • Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Advise senior management
  • Perform data entry

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent position
  • 30 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
