About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory, market segment, and/or supplier brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Implement and maintain effective sales processes and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
