We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Canamark Property Services Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing data entry, overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, scheduling and confirming appointments, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to emails
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • QuickBooks experience an asset
