Gia Foods Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team in a key role that involves providing administrative support to our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
