Gia Foods Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines. Key responsibilities include carrying out administrative activities, coordinating office services, performing data entry, and overseeing office administrative procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a fast-paced environment and work under pressure. They will also have attention to detail and be able to work in a team environment. The position requires a permanent employee with 1 year to less than 2 years of experience. The working hours are 30 to 40 hours per week, and the language of work is English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
