Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Canamark Property Services Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. You will also be responsible for consulting with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including scheduling appointments and performing basic bookkeeping tasks
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries

Requirements

- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer and technology knowledge, including Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and Google Drive
- Valid driver's licence
