Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Excalibur Security Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to the development of our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the development of our policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including preparing budgets, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions
