We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Financial Controller to join our team at Executrade – Your Recruitment Specialists in Barrie, Ontario. This role offers a unique chance to leverage your financial expertise and leadership skills to drive business growth and success.
About the RoleThe Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to support business objectives.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including dental care and on-site parking.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable rules and regulations
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and long-term strategic planning
- Monitor cash flow and analyze financial data to develop forecasts and budgets
- Assist with special projects and financial analysis as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA designation an asset
- Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial modeling
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
