You will also think strategically about client needs, understanding risks and conferring with Partners/Trustees on complicated and high-risk files regarding course of action and whether to accept engagements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver insolvency credit counselling sessions as per regulatory requirements.
    • Strategically assess client needs, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
    • Confer with Partners/Trustees on complex cases, determining optimal courses of action.
    • Assist with back-office administration of consumer bankruptcies and proposals.

Requirements
