At MNP, we're committed to helping individuals overcome financial challenges and achieve stability. Our Consumer Insolvency team is seeking a skilled Estate Manager to join our ranks.
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus opportunities for bonuses and career advancement. As an Estate Manager, you'll play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to clients navigating complex financial situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality insolvency credit counselling sessions, adhering to industry standards and regulations;
- Confer with Partners/Trustees on high-risk files, developing strategic plans to ensure successful outcomes;
- Assist with back office administration, preparing essential documents and reports;
- Develop relationships with referral sources, promoting MNP's insolvency services;
- Maintain high quality control, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field (considered an asset);
- Working towards, or willingness to work towards, a CIRP designation (considered an asset);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships;
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
