About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Regional Manager, Financial Planning, to join our team at Barrie, Ontario. As a key member of our Wealth Planning team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality financial planning and advice to clients, driving business growth, and supporting a dynamic culture of results.
This leadership position involves overseeing and leading a large, diverse reporting function for an area of significant risk, complexity, or scope. You will be responsible for mentoring, guiding, and motivating a high-performing team of Wealth Advice Specialists and Financial Planners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic partner relationships to the leadership team on portfolio and financial management.
- Developing long-term plans for your area and influencing beyond managed areas.
- Maintaining a culture of risk management and control.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and team management skills, as well as experience in senior-level management and industry experience of over five years.
