As a Strategic Site Management Leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials. You will be responsible for ensuring that site monitoring and management delivered across the portfolio upholds quality, is cost-effective, and facilitates robust site relationships. We are looking for a collaborative leader who can work effectively with internal stakeholders to drive site management strategies, processes, and standards globally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, clinical operations, and project management. You will have experience leading cross-functional teams and developing and implementing site management SOPs and standards globally. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented teams and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
