Front Desk Hospitality Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Yogesh Hospitality Ltd. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room reservations, and maintaining a smooth front desk operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services to guests.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
