Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Yogesh Hospitality Ltd. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Hotel Information: Provide information on hotel facilities and services to guests.
- Departure Process: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Telephone and Messaging: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to stand for extended periods. You will be working in a team environment and will be expected to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
