Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Yogesh Hospitality Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Information Provision: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including answering phone calls and relaying messages.
Work Environment:

The Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and interacting with guests and colleagues.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
