Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at Yogesh Hospitality Ltd. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal hotel operations.
- Perform various clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
The Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and interacting with guests and staff regularly.
Requirements- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a recognized employer.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- Ability to work 32 hours per week.
