Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Yogesh Hospitality Ltd. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth stay for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration and Room Assignment: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Hotel Information and Services: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities, services, and amenities.
- Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods and perform other physical demands associated with the role.
