Collections Specialist

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and empathy, you'll demonstrate compassion and understanding in your interactions with customers. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to negotiate repayment plans will make a significant impact on our business.
As a key member of our National Contact Center team, you'll support retail operations by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent/past due accounts. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure seamless execution results in the collection of our financial loans.

What you'll do:
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding in customer interactions
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers
- Manage customer accounts and collection activities
- Ensure exceptional execution results in the collection of financial loans
Who you are:
- Excellent communicator with a people-oriented approach
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform basic calculations
- Prior experience in call center, customer service, retail sales, collections, or consumer loan industry is a strong asset
