Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a driven Senior Collections Specialist to enhance our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and recover outstanding accounts through various communication channels including phone, email, and mail.
- Engage with customers to resolve loan delinquencies effectively.
- Formulate and execute innovative approaches to manage account delinquency.
- Generate and present reports on critical performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the retail sales team to identify training needs and process improvements.
- Mitigate company losses by applying appropriate strategies at key milestones.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in collections or a similar field.
- Preferred post-secondary education.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with property-related data interpretation is an asset.
- Strong analytical and multitasking capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
