Key Responsibilities- Collection Support: Provide support for various markets, ensuring timely and effective collection of outstanding balances.
- Account Review and Investigation: Review, investigate, and recommend action on past due accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers with large outstanding balances, providing clear and concise information regarding their account status.
- Document Creation and Management: Create, manage, and issue specific customer communications, such as drop notices or demand letters, as needed.
- Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with internal and external business partners to resolve collections-related customer issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Account Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconcile accounts in case of discrepancies and prepare reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process Improvement: Identify and help execute process improvements, utilizing knowledge and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Experience: 1 year of collections or accounts receivable experience.
- Skills: Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, efficient, and accurate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure their timely completion, with a willingness to adapt to constant change.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to rely on knowledge, training, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
