About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to join our team in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the movement of essential products and materials that help feed, clothe, supply, and power communities throughout America and the world.

Responsibilities
  • Manage BNSF's key Petroleum accounts, including customers who ship LPGs, asphalt, and other refined products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies utilizing current market information, competitive and economic conditions, corridor and/or lane analysis, and customer insights.
  • Maximize customer and market potential by managing customer interface and post-sale processes.
  • Ensure quality service through coordination with various BNSF departments.
  • Collaborate with other Class 1 and short line railroads to develop customer solutions and resolve customer issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Minimum three years' experience in sales, transportation, marketing, operations, or logistics management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, database and graphic software, and E-tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a business-related field.
  • Seven years' experience in sales, transportation, marketing, operations, and/or logistics management.

  • An estimated salary range of $128,500 - $171,300 CAD per year.
