We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Magnone's Italian Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, to meet the needs of our customers.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
- 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
