As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory. You will analyze operating costs and other data to optimize our menu and operations. Additionally, you will demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to our cooking staff, supervise activities, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
