This role is critical for maintaining high standards of confidentiality and accuracy in managing health and dental claims.

What's in it for you:
  • A competitive hourly salary of $16.84 to $17.21 based on experience
  • A 3-month contract with the potential for permanent employment
  • A full-time position: 37.50 hours per week
  • An afternoon shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Responsibilities:
  • Open, prepare, and sort all incoming mail for digital imaging and processing
  • Analyze document content to assign it to the appropriate business unit
  • Apply proper tracking methods for specific mail streams and processes
  • Perform document scanning using high-speed scanners
  • Monitor workflow queues to identify and troubleshoot imaging issues as needed
What you need to succeed:
  • 1 year of experience operating office equipment and resolving minor technical issues
  • The ability to handle physical tasks including lifting document boxes (20-30 lbs)
  • Quick learning with strong tech skills and adaptability to new systems
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities essential for success in this collaborative role
