We are seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to join our Wealth Management team at TD Bank. In this role, you will provide dedicated support to Investment Advisors and their clients, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial inquiry to resolution.

About the Role

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating reports for analysis of client accounts, communicating with customers to provide mentorship on products and services, and identifying referral opportunities. You will also accept and ensure correct referral coding administration, familiarize yourself with compliance requirements, and maintain a high level of client service.

Responsibilities
  • Create reports for analysis of client accounts to inform investment decisions
  • Communicate with customers to provide personalized advice and guidance on financial products and services
  • Identify referral opportunities to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of referrals and account documentation
  • Maintain a deep understanding of compliance requirements and regulations to minimize risk
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree or community college diploma in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH)
