About the Role

This permanent, full-time position is approximately 30 hours per week. You will work closely with our team members to coordinate tasks, maintain records, and ensure accurate communication. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Coordination: Arrange seminars, conferences, and meetings, ensuring timely arrangements and efficient communication.
  • Information Management: Record and prepare meeting minutes, and maintain manual and computerized filing systems for accuracy.
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule appointments and confirm events, utilizing your excellent organizational skills.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Collection: Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information to support our operations.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
