Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Manager to join our team at Young & Mackenzie Distribution. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities to attract and hire top talent
• Provide leadership coaching to supervisors and managers to ensure consistent people processes and management style
• Execute Human Resources strategic plans in accordance with organization goals and objectives
• Facilitate interpersonal conflicts, performance concerns, and corrective actions
• Assist in all employee terminations, including recommending terms of separation and participating in termination meetings

Requirements

• Human Resources or related Diploma/Degree
• CHRP or CHRL designation
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR/Recruiting
• Outstanding Recruitment & Retention skills and knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• High EQ balanced with an analytical problem-solving approach to conflict resolution
