Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Summary:

This is a leadership role in HR, overseeing all aspects of strategic human resources practices and processes within the business at the corporate level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the management team to implement change management and HR solutions in support of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Build strong employee relations through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop, revise, implement, and administer human resource programs, policies, practices, and procedures that improve business performance and ensure compliance, consistency, and equity.
  • Partner with management to create and implement employee development programs to grow the talent of the organization.
  • Oversee recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding, ensuring alignment with staffing needs and company goals.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the manufacturing environment seamlessly.
  • Identify, design, and implement training and organizational development initiatives that strengthen the effectiveness of staff, leadership, and organization performance.
  • Ensure compliance with various legal requirements relating to employment law, health and safety, and insurance.
  • Coaching managers in employment-related issues, including human resource planning, performance management, and discipline.
  • Support career development initiatives to promote employee growth and retention.
  • Drive HR initiatives and projects to improve efficiency, employee engagement, and business performance.
Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree in human resources Management or a relevant field.
  • CHRP Certification.
  • Proven experience as an HR manager in an industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated change management capabilities and experience.
  • Able to build collaborative relationships with management and employees.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

This position reports to the VP Human Resources. This is a hybrid position with some travel to other locations.
