Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, recruiting and hiring staff, supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and conducting training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
  • Perform front desk duties
  • Implement marketing activities
  • Enforce policies and procedures
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
