Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations to ensure seamless delivery of services and high standards of quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Marketing: Implement marketing activities to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
