Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Applewood Motors Richmond Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective workflow
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet customer needs
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage financial transactions
- Establish work schedules and coordinate team activities
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
