Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Team Lead to supervise and coordinate the activities of our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize payments and manage the team's budget.
  • Order merchandise and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure the team is working efficiently.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the customer service team.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure the team is meeting its goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
