Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Applewood Motors Richmond Inc. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Provide training and coaching to customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
