Job Summary

We are seeking individuals to join our Recruitment and Selection Services team, supporting a range of exciting and impactful responsibilities. These include providing strategic recruitment advice, ensuring seamless coordination and support, and attracting and selecting top talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from job postings to hiring.
  • Develop and execute innovative and proactive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Provide tailored advice and solutions to hiring managers on recruitment and selection processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Progressive experience in HR, including sourcing, recruitment, and selection.
  • Experience developing and implementing recruitment, selection, and mobility strategies.
  • Proven ability to provide expert advice, recommendations, and training to staff and employees.
  • Experience using online recruitment systems to improve information management and analysis.
Education and Experience

A degree in a related field, preferably supported by an HR professional designation or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training, is required. Relevant experience in recruitment, selection, and mobility strategies is also essential.

Salary Range

The salary for this position ranges from $68,195 to $121,088, depending on the specific role and level of experience.

About the Team

The Recruitment and Selection Services team provides expertise regarding recruitment and selection processes and actions. We develop and recommend proactive and innovative talent sourcing, recruitment, and selection strategies, and deliver solutions and advice tailored to the needs of hiring managers.
