Job Summary

Pioneer #212 is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as supervising and training other workers. They will also be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, and planning and developing recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise events, conferences, and seminars
  • Train and supervise other workers
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • Plan and develop recruitment strategies
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
