Job Summary

Pioneer #212 is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also supervise and train other workers, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations.

  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
