Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CANADA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Train staff and oversee payroll administration.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Willingness to relocate.
  • Flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
Working Conditions
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Free parking available.
  • Permanent work term.
