Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Northern Rebar Inc. in a permanent position. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Provide customer service
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
