Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Modern Neon Signs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing systems and data entry.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and implementation of projects and programs.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
