  • As an Administrative Coordinator at Ontario Inc., you will play a vital role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating tasks to support staff, and ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • You will be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, coordinating and planning office services, and assisting in the preparation of the operating budget.
  • In addition, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, supervise a team of 5-10 people, and possess strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows.
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with a large workload, and require excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as flexibility and reliability.
  • Our ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience and be available to work 37.5 hours per week, with parking available and a permanent position.
  • The language of work is English.
