Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Manager to join our team at ABF Freight Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and maintain profitable business by selling and marketing ArcBest solutions and services to current and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies and a comprehensive understanding of customers' business models to create opportunities for growth.
  • Identify customer challenges and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Make sales calls and presentations to customers of all sizes, showcasing the value of ArcBest solutions.
  • Manage business relationships and build strong partnerships with customers.
  • Maintain accurate territory account information in ArcBest's database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience preferred.
  • Transportation industry and related sales experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits:

  • Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Competitive wages and excellent benefits package.

  • Vacation eligibility during the first year.
