Job Title: Head Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Annapurna Ruchulu Kitchen Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Plan and prepare menus that meet the quality standards of our company, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and equipment are available to meet the demands of our kitchen.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
