Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sales Development Manager to join our team at ICA Engineers Inc. in Montreal, Canada. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess sales team members' performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages effectively to the field.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and drive business growth.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful execution.
  • Inspect construction sites and engineering projects to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop quality management and quality assurance standards to maintain excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and MS Excel.
