Operations Officer

The Operations Officer role at Randstad Canada involves reviewing customer transactional information to populate suspicious transaction reports. This position requires data entry experience and a strong understanding of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have intermediate Excel skills and be proficient in MS Office, including Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer transactional information to identify suspicious transactions
- Populate suspicious transaction reports into the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) system
- Confirm customer information to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain department files and systems, utilizing analytical techniques and computer systems
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of data entry experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook
- Prior experience in banking with branch level
- Tech savvy and able to quickly learn internal TD systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of transactions
- AML knowledge
