Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Office Operations Manager to join our team at Gopatez Inc.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role
  • This role involves reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented correctly and meet the needs of the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Responsibilities will include carrying out administrative activities, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • The Senior Office Operations Manager will oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, providing guidance and support to junior staff members as needed.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required, with 5 years or more of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows is essential.
  • The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
