Office Operations Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Office Operations Supervisor to join our team at Masterpiece Granite & Marble Inc. as a General Clerk Operations Manager responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As a Granite and Marble Office Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments.



Responsibilities:




  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to ensure that our office operations are running smoothly.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all office equipment and resolve any work problems that may arise.
  • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on our equipment.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure that our office operations are running smoothly.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that they are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that our office operations are running efficiently.


Requirements:






    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.



  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.


    • Permanent employment.





    • Employment of 30 to 40 hours per week.





    • Ability to work in a team environment.





    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
