Marketing Manager

We are seeking an innovative, results-driven Marketing Manager with a passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the market.

You will manage social media platforms, craft engaging visual and written content, and build valuable partnerships with local businesses.

Your Role

You will be responsible for managing the entire marketing presence of our team, including social media, email campaigns, and brand development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Development:
    • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
    • Own and enhance the team's entire marketing presence, including branding and messaging.
    • Craft creative marketing strategies to attract local home buyers, sellers, and investors.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Digital Marketing & Content Creation:
    • Utilize digital marketing tools to maximize visibility and engagement.
    • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
    • Design engaging visual and written content using graphic design tools.
    • Integrate AI and automation initiatives to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Event Management & Community Engagement:
    • Plan and promote open houses, charity events, and community activities.
    • Build relationships with local businesses to strengthen brand awareness.
    • Manage events, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration:
    • Foster a collaborative culture within the team, promoting open communication and innovation.
    • Mentor and guide team members to achieve their best performance.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership by managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Operations & Vendor Management:
    • Oversee all marketing operations, including budget management and resource allocation.
    • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure seamless integration and excellent service.
    • Utilize strong business acumen to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • A strategic mindset paired with creativity and enthusiasm.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on results.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced small team environment and adapt to change.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and trends to keep marketing strategies current.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Google SEO, and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with a deep understanding of local market trends.
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing a marketing team, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience researching, implementing, and optimizing AI apps and platforms.
  • Education in marketing, business or a related field.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
