At Equiton, a pioneering force in private equity investments with over $1 billion in assets under management, we're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives.

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and lead generation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. With your expertise in developing and executing effective marketing strategies, you'll work closely with our digital marketing team to drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Develop comprehensive marketing and communications campaigns and strategies, continuously monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators for each communications channel, assessing campaign success and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collateral Creation: Supervise the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure alignment with the organization's brand, encompassing materials such as white papers, website copy, and more.
  • PR Strategy: Formulate and implement a PR strategy, engaging with media to enhance the organization's profile.
  • Target Market Identification: Identify key target markets and product benefits, collaborating with the creative team to produce compelling advertising and informational content for various platforms.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of proven experience in advertising and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and digital advertising techniques.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and proactively plan, requiring minimal guidance.
  • Strong work ethic and team player – trustworthy, capable, and reliable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.

Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
