Gas Bar/C-Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Heritage Co-op is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Bar/C-Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our 6th Street Gas Bar in Brandon, Manitoba.
About Us:
Heritage Co-op is a co-operative that operates a chain of retail stores, including gas bars, food stores, and home centres. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment for our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example in living our brand expectations.
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff, including performance management, talent development, and engagement.
- Oversee the safe and effective operation of the gas bar, including scheduling, ordering, and brand standards.
- Ensure accurate ordering and receiving of products.
- Maintain a high level of image and cleanliness in line with our brand expectations.
- Manage the financial performance of the gas bar, including sales, margin, wage cost, and expenses.
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a retail or gas bar management role.
- Highly efficient organizational skills.
- Alignment with our values of integrity, excellence, and responsibility.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
