Job Summary

The Operations Administrative Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data within our ERP system, including production orders and inventory management.
  • Support the human resources department with employee onboarding, training, and benefits administration.
  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including data entry, mailings, and audits.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials.
  • Ensure a positive and respectful work environment by maintaining open communication with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the operations team.

Requirements

  • Office Administration certificate or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software programs.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as AX Dynamics, is an asset.
